We held a public opinion exchange session with students from the Faculty of Economics at Kanazawa Seiryo University.

Tuesday, September 16, 2025 Four students from Professor Koichi Nakao's seminar at Kanazawa Seiryo University's Faculty of Economics visited our Ishikawa Factory (Hokuriku Food Design Workshop). They held a discussion with our Chairman, Tamiya, regarding food waste issues.

The students are conducting research on a project for a “dream waste sorting truck” aimed at reducing food waste.
The project's objective is to sort waste from restaurants and other establishments directly on the truck, advancing it toward composting, thereby aiming to alleviate food waste issues and contribute to a circular economy.

Our chairman has granted an interview to share insights for businesses processing agricultural products.

In the interview, we answered questions about what types of agricultural products our company processes and the impact climate change has on food companies.
