About roasting processing
The main reasons why “roasting” is chosen as a heat treatment method are ‘aroma’ and "flavor improvement.
Roasting at high temperatures produces a browned and aromatic flavor.
We offer three types of roasting processes: hot-air roasting, sand roasting, and open-flame roasting, which have the following characteristics.

Fluidized type triple hot air roasting machine
- Barley

- Malt
Three fluidized hot air roasting machines are used in succession to increase product temperature, expansion,
and roasting color.
We mainly produce roasted products for beverage
ingredients.

Batch-type hot-air roasting machine
- Barley
- Pearl barley
- Corn
Raw materials are fed into a heated rotating drum, and
hot air is applied to roast the raw materials.
We mainly produce roasted barley and pearl barley for
beverage use.

① High calorific value and short roasting time
② Capable of producing hard roasted products

Batch-type drum direct-fired roasting machine
- Green tea
- Foliar material
- Rice bran
The only heat source is a burner that strikes from below
the drum. The heated drum rotates to roast the material.
The machine roasts raw materials for beverages, food
products, and herbal medicines.

② Ideal for roasting leafy greens

Fluidized type triple sand roasting machine
- Barley
Heated sand is circulated in the roasting machine and the raw material is put into the machine.
The far-infrared effect of the heated sand roasts the raw material to its core.
Currently, only roasted barley for barley tea is produced.

Batch-type semi-direct roasting machine

- Soy bean
- Black soy bean
A hot burner heats the drum from below to roast the raw materials.
Hot air enters from the side, so dry hot air is circulated.

Fluidized hot air roasting machine

For food compatibility, we use a stainless steel flow type hot air roasting machine.The machine has been
converted to a hot-air roasting machine specialized for
puffing processing, and puff products can be manufactured.
